swedish television presenter spews but continues

whilst I was looking for stuff for my new funny podcast Hosks Half Hour I saw this link and it made me laugh man

A Swedish television presenter has become a hit on YouTube after she vomited live on air but continued with the show.

Jesus it isn't even just a little bit of sick but a huge arc of vomit, almost film like. It reminds me of the Witches of Eastwick when they are eating the cherries.

what is also pretty amusing is that she practically bounces back onto the screen, very happy and chirpy. very professional.

What is also good is the comments on youtube, here are some of my favs

She deserved it for working on a scam tv show

what the hell had she been eating?

Hosks Half Hour

HASSLEHOFF IS A LEGEND

HASSLEHOFF

I havent heard much of the Hoff recently so I thought I would have a look at a good uplifting Hasslehoff song to show that he is still a legend

This is brilliant, its like a hasslehoff meets Jason and the Argonauts and then think of the scene with the fighting skeletons

Its quite fitting that Hasslehoff was in a space film called – Star Crash

Here is a trailer, this is two years after stars was released, its basically a really bad rip off. Exquisite viewing

I felt duty bound to look up Starcrash on imdb

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0079946/

it has one of the best reviews of a film I have ever read

When I first saw this film, back in 1979, my wife & I were 2 of 5 people in the theater at 7:00 on a Friday night. We were about to walk out when Carolyn Munro was sentenced to mine Radium in a bikini for the rest of her natural life. At that point, there was no way to get me out of there.

The remarkable thing about this movie is that every time you think "that is the most ridiculous plot device ever..." something else comes along that blows your socks off. About mid way thru I could not quit laughing. For instance, our heroine sets a ship on collision course with the Evil Count's space fortress. To save herself, at the last second before the catacylismic collision, SHE JUMPS OUT OF THE WINDOW! And then does the BREAST STROKE! through OUTER SPACE! Oh My God! I can't stop laughing!

If you thought all the above was funny then you should check out my new podcast, it so funny that you might wet yourself. It has me saying Ginger Merkin, the fantastic developers developers developers audio clip with background music from me. It has standup and lots more. Check it out its funny

http://hoskshalfhour.blogspot.com/

Do you find people saying Ginger Merkin funny

Do you find people saying Ginger Merkin funny, calling God a B@stard, having sketches of talking trees, technical diary’s of a brummie, topical standup about cows with blue tongue disease and calling farmers dirty b@stards because the cows have got blue tongue’s then you will probably find the Hosk Half Hour podcast very funny indeed. Plus it’s always funny hearing someone trying to do an accent and failing miserable.

http://hoskshalfhour.blogspot.com/2007/10/hosks-half-hour-episode-2-part-2.html

after having just listened to it, I forgot, I have been on the accents again, this week accent is a brummie. Oh good god, it’s terrible, I’m talking to myself as well, it’s a real beauty.

This episode contains the infamous developers developers developers audio clip to ambient music, it has that a lot. It includes entertainment news, some observational stuff on Blue tongue disease, the comedy awards and an update on the soaps. We have the new technical diary of a computer programmer. A classic song spoken, which is spice girls wannabe, interrupted by me. We have some comments from a tree, which is pretty funny and finally lots of twisted vocals and ambient music. So whack your ear phones on and prepare yourself to voyage to the centre of Hosk world.

Up the tree, very mellow.

There are a few questions which I have about the episode, like why did I put the echo on the entertain news and who would have thought reading some entertain news would be so frickin difficult. Also the music behind the entertainment news is rubbish.

I also left some bobbins wailing on the spoken lyrics but I can’t be bothered to change it.

If you like the podcast dig my podcast on digg podcasting and anywhere else you see my podcast.

Hot Fuzz review

I will start off the review by saying I am a fan of spaced which Simon Pegg wrote. Pegg also wrote and stared in Shaun of the Dead which I thought was a bit over rated but was still amusing but which I felt wasn't as funny as spaced. Anyway enough of the past and on with the present

Hot Fuzz

A quick summary is that its a piss take of cop movie with Maverick cops (i.e. american cop movie/series) but also mixed in with some sunday murder mysteries and making fun of small English towns. Add a load of action and guns all over the shop. All of which creates a recipe for lots of small jokes weaved around the main plot. The movie even finds time for a bit of a personal voyage for the two main characters.

Any who seen Simon Pegg on tv knows where every the Pegg is, Nick Frost shall also be found and this movie is no difference. Not to question Nick Frost's acting and humour because he is very funny and he is probably the most amusing thing in the film and he also has a writting credit so fair play to the big man.

unlike a lot of American comedy films there is a lot of humour to laugh at and they don't have to have a good looking person doing this and a lame story just to please the backers. There are lots of funny scenes and lots of spot the british actor, weren't they in the Bill, she was in Spaced etc etc. Its a good film without being a brilliant one, the story takes a bit of time to get going and there are a few scenes which could have been taken out but probably left in because a few people would find them funny. There are a lot of good jokes and a few rubbish ones. The action scene at the end was good for the first 5 minutes but then 20 minutes later and they are still running and shooting I was getting a bit bored.

The plot is not as straight forward as first meets the eye and I was a bit fearful at the start with maverick cop routine but it soon slips off into a small town and the maverick cop kicking out underage drinkers etc.

Overall I think it is a good film and better than most of the films in the cinema shown this year. It would be a good DVD to watch me thinks.

I would give it 7 out of 10.

History of the BBC Test card

The BBC test card is something all people of a certain age have seen although maybe without realising it. The test card was the little girl playing noughts and crosses that basically looked like a freeze frame from a children's show.

This link show all the previous test cards and gives you facts like the X is actually the centre of the testcard.

http://www.meldrum.co.uk/mhp/testcard/bbc_test.html

I wonder how many people had nightmares about the little girl.

You can't beat the sound of someone laughing

I'm starting with this because it is brilliant, if you are having a bad day this will cheer you up. I heard this clip on the radio today and was laughing my head off, if you wondered if Ricky Gervais was the first to do the laughing on radio gig then you are very wrong. I challange anyone to listen to this and not laugh. This gaffe is from Brian Johnston and is the infamous 'leg over' discussion, which just ends in laughing with Aggers.

http://www.radioacademy.org/halloffame/johnston_b/sounds/johnston.mp3

that's so funny you should go and listen to it again, go on god damn you. I love the sound

HAAAAEEEEYYYYYYYYYYYY

oh my god I'm crying, I have got to stop listening 4 times today and that's my lot. Aggers for goodnees sake do stop it.

if you like that clip above and like to laugh at silly things like it then you should check out this blog Amusing IT Stories. Which is a blog about funny and amusing stories from the IT environment and the office. It is a mix of news, office humour, IT stories, links, cartoons and anything that I find funny. In fact it's hardly about IT stories at all anymore.

check out the picture of a space cake

This blog has a picture of a very bright space cake, check out the link.

A space cake for people who haven't been to Amsterdam is a cake with hash in, so when you eat it it's like smoking a joint. I wonder how you even make a cake like that, do you just need to apply different colourings or is there another method.

I also like the bad horror movie link on the site, it is well funny, I could make it myself.
